Josh Colvin is a trusted expert in apprenticeship development, workforce strategy, and IRA compliance for the construction and energy sectors. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he launched RW Advisory Group to help companies build scalable, compliant, and future-ready workforce solutions.
Before founding RW Advisory Group, Josh led the development of a nationally recognized apprenticeship program for one of the country’s largest builders. He has worked across field operations, compliance, and executive leadership—giving him a unique ability to bridge policy with practical implementation.
